Improvements

General

Roslem Solar Energies determines and selects opportunities for improvement and implements any necessary actions to meet customer requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.

These include:

  1. a) Improving products and services to meet requirements as well as to address future needs and expectations;
  1. b) Correcting, preventing or reducing undesired effects; and
  2. c) Improving the performance and effectiveness of the quality management system.

 

Nonconformity and Corrective Action 

When a nonconformity occurs, including any arising from complaints, Roslem Solar Energies:

  1. a) Reacts to the nonconformity and, as applicable:
  2. Takes action to control and correct it;
  3. Deals with the consequences;
  4. b) Evaluates the need for action to eliminate the cause(s) of the nonconformity, in order that it does not recur or occur elsewhere, by:
  1. Reviewing and analysing the nonconformity;
  2. Determining the causes of the nonconformity;
  3. Determining if similar nonconformities exist, or could potentially occur;
  4. c) Implements any action needed;
  5. d) Reviews the effectiveness of any corrective action taken;
  6. e) Updates risks and opportunities determined during planning, if necessary; and
  7. f) Makes changes to the quality management system, if necessary.

 

Corrective actions are appropriate to the effects of the nonconformities encountered.

Roslem Solar Energies retains documented information as evidence of:

  1. a) The nature of the nonconformities and any subsequent actions taken; and
  2. b) The results of any corrective action.

 

Continual Improvement

Roslem Solar Energies continually improves the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the quality management system.

Roslem Solar Energies considers the results of analysis and evaluations, and the outputs from the management review, to determine if there are needs or opportunities that are addressed as part of the continual improvement.

Unhappy with something!

Within a reasonable period of time following completion of the Works you must notify Roslem Solar Energies in writing of any damage that you consider that Roslem Solar Energies has caused to the Property or its contents otherwise Roslem Solar Energies will not be liable for any such claims. Complaints should be addressed to ‘FAO Roslem Solar Energies, Clooncraft, Hillstreet, Carrick on Shannon, Co. Roscommon’ 

Here is a summary of how complaints are handled by Roslem Solar Energies 

  1. Completed complaintaint is acknowledged within 1 Working Day
  2. Roslem Solar investigates Validity of Compliant 
  3. Site Inspection Required and outline course of action to rectify any concerns.
  4. Roslem Solar will rectify any issues you are not satisfied with.
  5. Complaint resolved (Breaches Corrected, possible further inspection required) and Certificate re-issued, where required.
  6. Summary Report provided to Customer.

  • Roslem Solar Energies may need to return to site to rectify any remedial works required
  • YOU WILL ALLOW REASONABLE ACCESS Roslem Solar Energies TO CARRY OUT ANY NECESSARY REMEDIAL WORK
